La Fuerza Aérea Italiana concluye el ejercicio de telecomunicaciones y defensa aérea ELETTRA 2025

El 17 de octubre de 2025, en la Base Aérea de Frosinone, la Fuerza Aérea Italiana (Aeronautica Militare) finalizó la fase principal del Ejercicio ELETTRA 2025, conducido por la 4.ª Brigada de Telecomunicaciones y Defensa Aérea. Las actividades comenzaron el 13 de octubre y tuvieron como propósito evaluar la capacidad de despliegue, sostenimiento y coordinación de los sistemas de comunicaciones, radar y meteorología en escenarios de crisis que exigieran respuesta inmediata y coordinación conjunta bajo el marco de las Allied Reaction Forces (ARF) de la OTAN.

El ejercicio contempló la instalación y operación de una torre de control móvil y una unidad meteorológica avanzada, simulando un escenario de emergencia multinacional. Participaron medios y personal del Ala 72 de Frosinone, el Estado Mayor de la Fuerza Aérea, la Dirección General de Aviación Militar y Meteorología (AVIAMM), la 9.ª Brigada Aérea ISTAR-EW de Pratica di Mare, la 1.ª Brigada de Operaciones Especiales de Furbara, el 9.º Ala de Grazzanise, el 60.º Ala de Guidonia, el 70.º Ala de Latina, el Centro Nacional de Meteorología y Climatología Aeronáutica (CNMCA), los Departamentos Técnicos de Comunicaciones 1.º y 2.º, el Departamento de Sistemas de Información Automatizados (RESIA) y el 115.º Escuadrón de Radar Remoto de Capo Mele.

Por primera vez, se incorporó el empleo de un helicóptero TH-500B del 72.º Stormo para el transporte rápido de personal y equipos hacia zonas aisladas, mejorando los tiempos de restablecimiento de las redes de comunicación y radar. Durante la fase “livex” (ejecución en tiempo real), los equipos desplegados fueron sometidos a situaciones críticas simuladas (“injects”), que pusieron a prueba su capacidad de reacción, coordinación y resolución en condiciones operativas reales.

El 17 de octubre tuvo lugar la Jornada de Visitantes Ilustres, presidida por el Comandante de Logística de la Fuerza Aérea Italiana, General de Escuadrón Aéreo Achille Cazzaniga, quien subrayó “la importancia de ELETTRA 2025 para verificar el grado de preparación y eficiencia del Comando Logístico”. A su vez, el General Vestito destacó “la cooperación interunidades y la versatilidad demostrada por el helicóptero TH-500B, junto con la alta competencia técnica del personal de la 4.ª Brigada”.
